PerfectStorm developed and executed a large scale learning and development program for our customer Titan Cleanfuels.
Titan is a leading, independent and physical LNG and BioLNG (LBM) supplier. The organization is in full development, and with an eye on further growth, the desire has arisen to develop a Learning and Development structure and training programs that support and align with the further professionalization of both the employees and the organization as a whole. The objective of the Learning and Development program is defined as follows:
Prepare our specialists, professionals, and management for leadership, personal – professional effectiveness, and collaboration. Equip them with the necessary skills and insights to understand themselves and their responsibilities, and to make Titan as a whole more agile, resilient, and strategically aligned. Moreover, the program will also serve as a valuable source of input for refining our strategic direction and recognizing the unique strengths that set us apart.
Perfectstorm developed a leadership program for Young Professionals and Senior Professionals. Both programs run in 2025.
